my son went here when he was two …don’t even get me started on that horrible experience. that did not last long. now my niece has been going here only because the other daycares have been backed up and she comes home with bite marks all the time!!! and they don’t even write the incident report when it happens, and they don’t even call my sister when it happens either. if you’re considering, do yourself a favor and take your child to ABC or kids only.

The staff were complaining about taking care of the kids right in front of me. Also I noticed they were picking favorites with the kids. My daughter got thrush twice in 2 months when I was taking her here. Also I watched a staff member drop a child's binky on the floor and pick it back and put it directly in the child's mouth. She did not wash it. Those floors are walked on by all the staff, parents, other kids. I immediately removed my daughter after she got the thrush the second time and after seeing the whole binky incident. I don't recommend them especially after what I saw. I was scared to take my daughter to a day care as is and this place just comfirmed all my fears.

This place is horrible!! We only lasted 4 days. Which was way to long in my opinion!!! My little girl is a very good kid she is just really shy and was used to staying at home with her mom. I explained that to them. They seemed very understanding and made me feel like it was a good school. I was wrong!! My little girl cried the whole time she was there she didn't eat anything. By the time I picked her up she was so sad her eyes were swollen from crying. Her last day I dropped her off and stood outside the door to hear her teacher yelling at her for crying. There was no concern for my little girl who was scared to leave her mom. She just yelled at her. I pulled her out and we never went back. I'm not saying there isn't any good teachers there. They might have some. The ones I dealt with were not and from what I could to see didn't seem like they had any!! Parents if you are like me and want to feel like your child is in good hands while your at work this is not the place for you!! These teachers should be fired!!!

I can't believe these recent comments on here! They are not true at all SMH! my children attend this daycare and the staff is very helpful and not rude! Any staff that is hired and ends up not being a good fit, they are fired. They keep dates on their food. Nothing is expired. To be hired you have to be CPR certified! And you have to have your high school diploma and proof of it! They absolutely do not put up with nonsense. They care very much about our children. This daycare is a 5 star step up to quality center! They don't put up with bullying either. If my kid bullies another kid you bet I get told about it and my child gets spoken to by the staff and I and the staff will work with parents on how to resolve issues too. My kids bring home art and crafts and talk about the toys they play with and the dancing they do. So what if they get a movie or cartoon sometimes? That doesn't mean the TV is the babysitter! They don't even watch TV that often there! I have never been disrespected by staff and I am always satisfied with my kids care. I am a very involved parent also. So don't believe everything you read on the internet!

Recently I went to pick up my grandchild, for the first time at this facility...AND I was VERY Dissatisfied and utterly amazed the two young girls whom were to be watching the children were talking and playing on their cell phones while the children ran wild. These two staff members were more concerned about their phones. NO ONE ASKED me for a photo ID, and DID NOT assist me to my grandchilds class to retrieve his coat or hat. I signed him out at the desk, where there wasn't anyone to speak to and out I went! I could have been anyone.....SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!! HORRIBLE
