This daycare is horrible for the most part. Kristen lost my child and had to go through the video footage from the whole day to know what happened to her. Another time the daycare had gotten a serious threat made to them and failed to tell us about it at pickup and then had the nerve to ask my Mother what’s wrong with me. No ma’am. What’s wrong with you? Because you sure don’t need to have that job. You’re completely and totally incompetent and I wish you’d say it to my face. If you knew how to do your job, nothing would have been “wrong” with me. Another time they brought the wrong child out to me and tried to make me take him. I had a 3 year old girl. Not a 1 year old boy. They basically told me yes it was my child when I had already told them it wasn’t. I could go on. And I definitely wouldn’t send my kids there again given the choice.
Our child has been at Bumble Bee for about a year and absolutely loves it. The staff are very attentive to each individual child's needs. They keep the kids busy with lots of fun and educational activities. There is good communication.
I couldn’t ask for a better group of young ladies to take care of my son. I have developed a personal relationship with a lot of the women who work there. They really take their job to a whole new level. Lacey is extremely professional, and Amy is the Absolute best! Would Recommend them to anybody.
We have even part of the bumblebee family for 8 years. Sadly our time is ending soon as our last baby is heading off to kindergarten. The staff directors and owners have been wonderful. They are always teaching the children new things and make learning fun. There are so many adventures for the kids at bumblebee and I am so glad we were able to have them take care of our kiddos while we couldn’t be there.
Would rather do zero. They are awful. They will try to send you home with the wrong child, as if you don't know your own child, lose your child to the point of having to go through the whole days security footage, and REFUSE to give you an incident report when your child is hurt. Don't send your children here.
