We couldn’t be happier with our experience At building at clearwater!From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the bright, clean classrooms, the well-structured curriculum, and most of all, the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Our child has flourished in this environment—socially, emotionally, and academically. Every day is filled with engaging activities that spark curiosity and promote confidence. The teachers are incredibly attentive and nurturing, and it’s clear they truly care about every child’s well-being I would highly recommend to everyone ❤️

This daycare has the potential to thrive and remain a valued pillar in our community. However, it is imperative that the owners, Khalid and Ayman, implement immediate changes in leadership. The current director has consistently demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional, retaliatory, and unethical behavior that is not aligned with the standards expected in early childhood care. While the daycare has the foundation to be a nurturing and positive environment, it is currently being held back by deeply troubling issues in leadership. The director’s actions have created a culture lacking in accountability, transparency, and compassion. Key concerns include: • Violation of Policy: Families have experienced sudden tuition increases with no advance notice—directly contradicting the guidelines outlined in the parent handbook. • Discriminatory Practices: Events such as “Pizza Party” or “Water Day” require cash-only payments. Children whose families cannot afford to pay are excluded, which is not only unethical but emotionally damaging to the children. • Questionable Financial Practices: There are concerns regarding the misuse of donated items and possible falsification of documentation. • Poor Program Management: Beneficial programs have been canceled based on personal preference rather than the needs of the children and families. These actions compromise the emotional and physical well-being of the children and damage the trust families place in this facility. I strongly urge a full audit by oversight organizations such as ELC, FACCM, and Apple Accreditation to investigate compliance with childcare standards, financial practices, and operational integrity. Until there is a meaningful change in leadership—one that values professionalism, ethics, and a child-first approach—I cannot recommend this daycare. The safety, dignity, and development of the children must always come first.

Building blocks at clearwater is an amazing school , the director is great and treats all the children with the same love and care . I will recommend them to anyone anyday , the teachers are amazing as well

One of the best listen this school will be apple accredited soon very nice size for the kids and the play area is huge. Julie goes above and beyond for her workers and the kids. If my kids were young again I would send them to building blocks. It takes a village to raise a child. Positivity goes a long way. She is trying to create an image for the community and building blocks is that. Patients is everything! Let's give building blocks a warm welcome and lots of love it takes an community to stand together. I'm behind her 100%
