Ivy Prep is a great learning environment for all children preschool age and under! They have a dedicated staff that can adapt to any learning style to best fit each child and they come to work cheerful each day! It is a positive place to bring your child!
Ivy prep blew my expectations out of the water. My daughter couldn't have been more prepared for Elementary school. Great ratio of teachers to children. Worth every penny!
I want to start off by saying that I don’t write too many reviews but I felt compelled to write this. Even if this saves one person the trouble they can get into from this daycare, I will be happy. If I could give zero or negative star to this school, I would. This place is nothing less than a nightmare! From outside and on paper, they seem to be very good. But once you get inside, you realize quickly that it is an absolute mess! Their communication with parents and among staff is absolutely ridiculous. No one knows about anything when you ask them a question regarding your child’s care. They keep changing their rules in a jiffy. I had to leave my work multiple times to attend to their concerns because of their miscommunication. Most concerning of all, my child got so many injuries within her 2 and half week of stay there and their staff members kept changing story about how it happened. No one wants to listen to our concerns there. Every time we brought the concerns, they brushed it off saying that “all other parents were happy!” No one wants to be held accountable for their mistakes. And finally, when we talked firmly, they terminated my daughter’s admission immediately via text message; not even face to face within few hours. They told me that they will give me refund but after several communication attempts, they have stopped responding and are not giving my money back. For the amount of money that you have to pay, their service is absolutely terrible. In summary, they are liars, not attentive at all and greedy. If you want your child to be safe, expect good communication from staff to save you a lot of trouble as a parent, want your concerns to be heard by the staff members and owner herself, and don’t want to overpay for worse service possible, DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!
This school is incredible. The best preschool we found. We tried a few out before we landed at Ivy Prep and Ivy Prep blows them all away. My son started learning to read so quickly. Small classroom sizes, individual attention and great teachers. Ms. Jenny and Ms. Shelly are fantastic. Overall, a wonderful experience here!
