Wonderful place, and I know that because my daughter is scheduled twice a week but asked to go to speech every day. Even the weekends. Lol.

My mom needed a quick appointment as a piece of her hearing aid was stuck inside her ear! They got us in within 45 min. The receptionist saw me coming with a wheel chair and came out and helped me with the door. (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) but then the girl that helped my mom Michelle Miller was the absolute best! Very personable, caring and efficient!! I felt like I’ve known her for years! It’s so easy for people to jump on and give a bad review, I wanted to share a really good experience!

These people… 2 years ago I took my child here did a terrible job. Called them today for an appointment because I wanted to give them another try… the lady talked to me like I was not listening and rude over the phone. Definitely didn’t make my appt! Decided to go to another provider.

I'm very grateful for being able to send my daughter to Buffalo Hearing speech center. The teachers there are awesome. They are nice & have helped my daughter come a long way. My daughter has sensory processing disorder / Autism. They have helped my daughter with her speech, communicate and get along with her peers. Also they have shown her how to deal with her emotions when she is struggling with her sensory issues. Thanks to the teachers for helping my daughter. Also thanks for helping me to understand her better when she is struggling with her emotions and communicating what she wants. Keep up the good work teachers 👍

They treated me nicely over the phone and I asked them about the documents needed and they agreed I was all set. Once I arrived they were very discriminating and rude. They were not helpful and spoke to me like a child. As a teen mom that was very unprofessional from their point. Don’t recommend at all.
