We’ve had such a great experience with BBB over the last few years. All three of my kids go here and they absolutely love their teachers and friends. I’m always amazed at how much they’re learning and how many fun, enriching experiences they get each day. The staff is caring, communicates well, and really loves the kids. We’re so thankful to be part of this daycare!
We’ve had such a great experience here! The directors are communicative and professional. They have been so flexible as well. It’s clear that they care about the children at the center. The infant room teachers made us feel so comfortable as well. Ms. Emy is a GEM. They also use an app where the staff shares photos and activity which brings peace of mind throughout the day. I am so glad we chose this daycare!
My two children have been attending BBB since October 2016, we had a terrible experience at our previous daycare. We could not have found a better environment for our children. The center is very clean and the staff is amazing. They treat my kids like their own and have a very organized preschool program. My children have learned so much and have made great friends that they will be attending school with this coming fall. I highly recommend this center if you are looking for childcare.
My daughter attended this daycare for her first few months of kindergarten- every day someone would pick her up, and we'd have no idea which room she was in. Then started the complaints that she couldn't use the bathroom without someone walking in on her, then started other issues where supervision wasn't good. When it was caught on camera (kindle), they just eliminated use of electronics. Not to mention when I pulled my daughter from there mid school year- my account balance wasn't correct, and while I made the attempt to correct it, they never changed it on their end, and I was getting charged for a month and a half after she left the school. The idea was good and convenient, but I believe they are taking care of too many kids, and there's no communication between staff members/management.
Our son goes to Bubbles, Bears to Books since 05/2017. His progress is vocally speaks volumes, he enjoys going unlike Past experiences that we have had at a different Childcare. The staff is great very attentive to our child’s needs!!!!
