Very great place here . They are so great with the kids . Very respectful employees and owner . The infant teacher is amazing with my baby . Every single lady in there is amazing! I have no issue with my child . Or no concerns. Very much recommend this place .

I was excited for my daughters to start there seemed to be a good fit. Filled out all the paperwork and before signing paperwork I explained that my baby has to use cloth diapers due to an allergy to all other diapers have a doctors note and everything I explained that they didn’t have to empty diapers or anything I would provide a wet bag that they could just put everything is so just as they would a regular diaper just instead of throwing away just put it in the bag that is water proof and holds any smells and I’d take it home at the end of the day and bring more diapers each day. I was told all was good I paid the fee for my daughters to attend and the day they were supposed to start I received a call stating that they would not be excepting my daughter due to her diapers I have tried multiple times to contact them and see if I could either get my money back or work something out each time I was told “our owner will have to get back to you and she’s not in” when I asked to leave my number I got met with a really rude “we have caller id you don’t need to leave anything” I am beyond upset and there was no accountability on their end. I’m glad I didn’t take my children there because this shows character if you are willing to treat parents this way what makes anyone feel as though their children would get treated with respect.

No child deserves what happened to that 1 year old here. Stop telling the parents to remove the post.This place needs to be shut down! No working cameras is a red flag, every school has cameras, every good reputable daycare has cameras, WORKING cameras, but at a daycare like this, when stuff hits the fan they all of a sudden don't work? I don't see how this place could be in business much longer. I hope parents start pulling their children out of this daycare and not returning. Parents must stick together for whats right, and thats exactly what they are doing. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!!

I am very pleased with the growth and socialization my granddaughter has exhibited since attending Brightside. Tiffany, Taylor, Beth and Rae Rae are the best! Granddaughter can’t wait to attend daily! Food is nutritious and planned in advance. Security measures are taken for the kids protection. Thank you Brightside!

Very bad experience and we just moved here. For starters they said I owed for two weeks after I paid $170 to them and I had a witness with me and they still said that they didn’t receive the money on top of it when I enrolled my son they said I owe five dollars and I paid the full amount whether there was five or 500. They still play with people‘s money I highly don’t recommend them unless you receive state care on childcare.
