As a parent of an infant, my wife & I were nervous about placing our child into daycare. Brighton Day & their infant care staff are amazing!!!! They’re very loving & are great communicators. Brighton Day uses an app to keep parents well-informed. Having my child here gives me such peace of mind.

Beware of misleading voucher information I want to warn other parents about my experience with this daycare. When I first toured, I was told they accepted the type of voucher I was applying for. That was a big part of my decision to enroll my son. However, as soon as my voucher was approved, they suddenly admitted they don’t take it. When I brought this up to the director, Tracy, she offered no apology—whether in person or over email. The teachers themselves are wonderful, and I genuinely trust them with my child. They care about the kids, and I appreciate their work. However, the communication within the company is extremely poor. Morning and evening staff don’t seem to communicate at all. I’ve left multiple messages with the evening front desk that never made it to the morning staff. I don’t ask questions for fun—I ask because I need answers, and it was frustrating to constantly be ignored or told that messages weren’t passed along. The teachers are great, but the administrative side and management need serious improvement. I hope this helps other parents make an informed decision.

We love Brighton and the staff! This is a very secure location, clean, and so professional. Back in October, I was having so much anxiety for sending my one year-old here, however, I felt so comfortable during my tour and my husband and I were very impressed. Several months later, I’m so happy we made the decision to send him here. every single member of the staff here are so nice and friendly. He is getting ready to transition into the two year-old class and we are going to miss his teachers so much. Bri, Ke’Aja, and Jovel are such amazing teachers.

We love Brighton Day! We have 2 little girls who have both been going to Brighton since they were infants. We cannot say enough good things! They make our girls feel so loved and special, and we are always greeted with a smile. My husband and I feel so comfortable leaving them each day, because we know they’re both in the best hands. They have learned SO much and it’s so fun to watch them grow. Most of the teachers our youngest daughter currently has, are the same teachers our older daughter had a year ago- which we love! We are incredibly thankful for all of the staff at Brighton who take such good care of our babies!

We started daycare at Brighton Day with our 3 month old son. We were very nervous about taking him at that age but have had a great experience. The whole staff is very kind, professional, and put the wife and I at ease. We weren't able to tour the entire facility, but were able to speak with the director and our sons teacher. The App they use allows them to send updates, photos, and other information throughout the day. They are highly responsive. If you have an infant and need a daycare, choose Brighton Day!
