Brighter Horizons Academy

I love it here! My baby comes in and she is super happy to stay, she doesn’t cry and she runs to hug her teacher! The owner and the staff are super friendly and helpful!

My children attended this daycare more than a year but my youngest son began having disciplinary issues the last few months before withdrawing him. I initially found out that he was misbehaving from my son (inquiring about his day), he even stated that he hit a teacher and I was never notified until I turned the car around and went back to the daycare to address it. After months of consistent bad behaviors I stated that I would remove him from the daycare because no teacher (nor other kids) should have to deal with it but the director asked that I leave him there and that he’d grow out of it. I even went as far as taking him to the physician to discuss this sudden change in behavior and she advised me to change his daycare since he was not exhibiting these behaviors elsewhere (with aunts, grandparents, babysitter). One day we asked how he got a scratch on his face, he said that he didn’t know and then he said, “well if it’s a big scratch it’s probably because Ms. Clarissa hit me in the face with a shoe and sat on me”. I addressed this with the director and requested video… she reluctantly sent me a few videos but 30minutes were missing between two of them. After requesting the missing 30minutes I got excuse after excuse. After 2/3 days of asking consistently she sent a message stating the teacher was let go and said that their videos don’t save. I’m now placing my son in behavioral counseling… it’s ridiculous. They may deny it but I have all the proof!!

I love it here, my kids have been here for a few months and they love coming, sometimes my kids doesn’t even want to leave, the teachers are great, Im so glad to have found a place I can trust with my kids

All I have to say is ever since coming here to this Academy my child has been treated with nothing less than care love and respect when I moved here from Miami South Florida. I was so worried that I was not going to be able to find a daycare that was fitting to my work schedule, but not only that A staff that felt like family a staff that my son felt comfortable to be around. It warms my heart so much to see the love reciprocated between my son, and the staff not only that as a mother it is so easing to my spirit to know that when I drop my son off here each day that he is safe and all is well and taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering brand new horizons Academy to bring your child here you will not be disappointed, and your child will be treated with so much love and care.

Good morning everybody! This is daycare the best, they help me take care me baby very well. When my baby need to stay in school late, they help me pick up only her but they don't charge more money. And they close at 9pm, it is very comfortable. Thank you so much.
