i payed the waiting list fee in October. i went in November to check the day care. i know that the wait list is 9 months. i requested April. we met, me and my husband, the director in November to check the day care and she told us there is no availability before june but since we showed interest and visited she will try to help.everything is fair till now. today i went to check on the availability, thesame person said there is no availability before July-August and she doesnt know exactly the dates. What kind of Management is this! she desnt know the kids birthdays? she doesnt know if in 2 months they are staying or moving to the other class? it is like we have lots of kids with or without ur kid. so why still taking kids on the waiting list?? plus i tried to call from november till today and i left voicemails i didnt get any answer back.
