New Castle's BEST daycare! Debbie & her staff are amazing with every single child in this daycare. They really care about these kids and it shows. Most importantly, your child will be 100% safe while in their care. Debbie is also a nurse just in case an emergency ever arises. I took my kids to many different daycares before I found brightstar learning center and I wouldn't trust my kids with any other except Debbie and her staff.
