Bright Horizons Family Center

Bright Horizons at ASU Research Park is absolutely amazing! My daughter, now 2 years old, has been attending BH since she was 13 weeks old. From day 1 I felt comfortable leaving her in their care. All teachers and administrators are trustworthy, caring, gracious, and so loving towards my daughter and our family. Over the last 2 years she has been in three classrooms (one for each year of life) and all of her teachers have become part of our village. There is such a strong sense of community at this daycare that we were not expecting and have been so happy with! We’ve gotten to know the staff and other parents which makes it fun for pick and drop off. Everyday we get continuous updates and pictures about our daughter including every diaper change or potty attempt, meal, snack, pictures of activities and especially the occasional bump. Yes, kids have accidents all the time and BH is prompt to give us a call, let us know our daughter is okay and what the remedy is (ice pack, hug, etc.). When we toured I was extremely impressed with the facilities. It’s CLEAN and doesn’t have any sort of stinky smells. The playground is sectioned by age, shaded, grassy, and completely separated from any roads. I’m an educator and one of my favorite parts about this daycare is they deliver a thoughtful curriculum for each age group to ensure milestones are met and kids are prepared for their next classroom and eventually kindergarten. We regularly get compliments on our daughters speech, thoughtfulness, and fine motor skills. I’ll tell you what, her teachers are who to thank for that! I really trust these people wholeheartedly. I know my daughter is loved and safe in their care!

We’ve been with this Bright Horizons location for 7 years, and it’s been an incredible experience. Our children have always felt safe, supported, and truly cared for. This center went above and beyond during COVID, being the only BH to remain open during such a critical time. They handled everything with professionalism and deep compassion. The staff are amazing, from the teachers to the front office team. They’re not only organized and welcoming, but also do a fantastic job with special needs and the family group events. Community is at the center of everything they do. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care and dedication shown to our family over the years. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a daycare that truly puts children and families first!

We absolutely LOVE Bright Horizons - ASU Research Park. As new parents are aware, it is difficult to find a daycare that ticks all the boxes. This one does. From the moment we toured the facility, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism & undivided attention. You can tell their teachers enjoy working there - some have been there 25+ years! Our kids have loved every single one of their teachers & we have enjoyed getting to know them throughout the years. Each age level follows a curriculum, starting with infants. It's not just glorified babysitting. They focus on social and academic development with various activities throughout the day. The facilities are spotless & you can tell they are kept to high standards. I can't tell you how many people I have recommended Bright Horizons to & they are just as happy as we are! It's such a loving, safe space that any child will thrive in.

It's been over 10 years since my morning routine was dropping the kid at Bright Horizon, then dropping my wife at GoDaddy and I'd head to ASU to work. Great experience, my kid enjoyed the yard, he had the best time riding one particular tricycle around, and the facility was warm and inviting. To this day he remembers being happy there, but not a lot of details. I know BH contributed to his happy childhood, and I trust them.

Bright Horizons has been an absolute lifeline for me as a single dad. The team isn’t just professional—they’re kind, open-hearted, and ridiculously supportive. They’ve made navigating tough times so much easier with their constant communication and genuine care. Plus, the environment is safe, and their willingness to go the extra mile is just off the charts. Couldn’t recommend them more highly - no matter what your kid situation is! They will give you you something beyond what you can expect!
