Bright Horizons-Concord Plaza

I couldn't be any happier with the care my son receives at Bright Horizons. I feel so confident leaving my son in the care of the staff there, and I trust that he is safe and being well taken care of. Everyone in the building seems to know him, even if they aren't his teachers. The facility is well maintained and very clean. I also appreciate that there aren't extra charges based on when you pick up or drop off. They also have very few days when they are closed, which seems to be pretty different from other local centers that might close for a full week around certain holidays. As someone who works full time, this is extremely helpful. I 100% recommend this center for anyone who is looking.

When I toured this daycare while seven months pregnant, I was immediately drawn not only to the clean and well-organized environment, but also — and even more so — to the joyful smiles and gentle manners of the little ones who passed by during the visit. That moment spoke louder than any brochure or description could. Now that my baby has been attending for nearly four months, I can confidently say that my instincts were right. Under the attentive care of the teachers, my child is growing up happy, healthy, and deeply loved. The teachers’ daily reports clearly show that their care comes not just from obligation, but from genuine warmth and attention. I can feel that they’re just as delighted as I am to witness each tiny step of my baby’s growth. Jen, the director, is hands-on and incredibly industrious, always looking for ways to improve and enhance the quality of care. We feel very fortunate to have found this place — it's a community we trust, and one our baby clearly feels safe and joyful in every day.

I’m very happy to send my daughter to BH at Concord Plaza. I’m confident that she receives all the care and attention she needs throughout the day. I know many of the teachers in the center have been working there for many years, and seeing my daughter enjoy being around them makes me assured that she’s safe and happily growing up.

We started at Bright Horizons Concord Plaza almost six years ago, and we have been so happy with our choice for childcare for our son from infancy through kindergarten prep! The teachers and administrators are warm and caring, and we feel such a personal connection to them all. My child has thrived in the classroom and in the social relationships he has developed with his friends and teachers. We are grateful to the center for making our family feel like a part of a community, and the other families an extension of our own. My child is safe and happy, and his teachers have built and maintained an environment where he is encouraged to be creative, curious, and kind. Since the reopening, the health protocols have only increased our sense of safety and personal connection with teachers, staff, administrators, and other families. My son loves school—what a gift to him and to us! I highly recommend Bright Horizons at Concord Plaza!

Highly recommended! We joined the center almost 2 years ago and we are very happy and pleased with the curriculum. The communication with the teachers is the best and my son is very happy. Due to COVID they have implemented a protocol to keep the children and the staff safety. I'm really grateful for all the support I'm getting from Bright Horizons. My five starts are not enough!
