Bright Horizons At Wilton

Our baby boy has been at Bright Horizons Wilton since last February. The caregivers and administrators have been wonderful. The classrooms are very clean and have high-quality, age appropriate toys for the children to play with. There are always numerous caregivers in the rooms and they follow stringent guidelines on the care of the children and the cleanliness of the space. We highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in town!

We've had our daughter enrolled in Bright Horizons for over two years and the amount of learning and fun she's had over this time is amazing. The progression alone with our daughters' social behavior has bloomed beautifully, and my wife and I credit Bright Horizons for taking so good care of her. The rooms and playground are very clean and the teachers are all very welcoming and friendly. Joey and Taylor are very professional, and make it a point to make sure all the children and teachers are safe and happy.

When my mother who normally cares for my 15 month old became ill and ultimately hospitalized, my husband and I took turns staying home from work. When it became clear my mom would need some time to recover, I finally decided to take a chance on the backup daycare benefit my employer provides. My daughter has a very set routine at home and attends multiple classes throughout the week, and I was really nervous about disrupting that and leaving her in the care of strangers in an unfamiliar environment. Nerissa, the assistant director was so welcoming and encouraging about the transition and really put my mind at ease. My daughter is doing amazing adjusting to this temporary change and I know she is safe and stimulated developmentally throughout the day with lots of fun activities. It's very clear the staff care about the children and their well being and enjoy coming to work each day. Special thanks to the staff I have interacted with who have helped make this such a positive experience for my family and I- Nerissa, Daphne, Tanya, Mark, Guilia, Olesya, and anyone else who greeted us with a warm welcome or spent time with my daughter at any point during the days she has been there. If we ever find ourselves in search of a full time childcare center, Bright Horizons at Wilton will be our first consideration!

My children have both gone to Bright Horizons and our experiences are only positive. The teachers take the time to get to know me despite not being at pick-up or drop-off. They clearly know my children and want to know more. They listen to any concerns I've had. During parent-teacher conferences, I was able to attend, and really connected with Miss Kate. We have only good things to say!

I remember when we moved to CT from NYC I was looking all over the internet for reviews when choosing a daycare and had trouble finding recent reviews, so here it goes. We have been a part of Bright Horizons for 2 years. 1 year in NYC and 1 year in Wilton CT. The reason why we were taking reviews so seriously and looking at other daycares was because BH is more expensive than the competition in the area. We decided to stay with BH despite the price difference and we are so happy we did. It is true, you get what you pay for. Our Son is excelling with the BH curriculum. The educators are all amazing which make for a great experience. You get a lot of updates and pictures throughout the day. The only negative is the Director role seems to be a revolving door. But overall the center has a great family inclusive vibe and we are SO glad we decided to stay with BH.
