We’ve had a great experience with Bright Horizons backup care. The staff is warm and welcoming, and our child quickly went from being hesitant to walking in with a big smile. He enjoys the activities, and the detailed updates and photos give us real peace of mind during the workday.
We truly appreciate this backup daycare center. Every time we drop off our child (2 yr old), we know she is well taken care by the caregivers! We have been relying on this center since she was 9 months old and this is our first choice anytime we need backup care.
If I could summarize in one word how I would describe this place, it’s unreasonable. This is supposed to be a work benefit for back up care. But instead, this place makes it incredibly hard on parents to drop off their kids. There are literally 40 different forms they ask you to fill. If your child has ANY sort of complications, even a mild allergy, they will make your life even harder. Any other daycare we’ve been to on a full time basis (at least 3 in the area) are nowhere near this strict and unreasonable.
The caregivers are not respectful with young children. They throw them around harshly when changing diapers.
