Bright Horizon has been a part of my family for almost 5 years. The teachers, staff and director are caring, attentive, and respectful. They care about and know every child by name, even if that child is not in their class. I love that my kids are happy and safe which means a lot when you have to leave them for several hours everyday. The fact that they have a curriculum is even better. My kids are learning and developing everyday. My oldest is preparing for kindergarten and after an assessment, a requirement for attendance at that school, it was refreshing to hear that he is prepared and ready for the fall, which is accredited to Bright Horizon @ the Avenues.
This place deserves a 5-star or higher rating. My 2 years old started going there early this year. This was the first daycare I applied to, and I got the spot. I loved the place. Her teachers were amazing, everything was clean, and the space was spacious. My daughter stopped going here because we thought she is little yet and we will put her back once she turns 3. But after some time I needed to help my husband with his business and we wanted to put her back. I contacted Bright Horizon and they told me that there is no spot for the next 2 months. I went applying to other daycares. When I went to another daycare with even 4.6-star reviews, they were horrible, I did not want my daughter to go there. That was the time when I realized more that, Bright Horizon is the best.
We have been very impressed with Bright Horizons at the Avenues so far. Our son's teachers have been attentive, patient, and kind. The entire staff understands that not all children are the same and treats them as individuals. Our son wakes up every morning excited for the day and, as working parents, it's a big relief knowing that he is happy and loved while in Bright Horizon's care.
Bright Horizons at the Avenues is amazing. My child has been going to the school since they were 3 months old. Every single teacher and administrator truly loves working with children and it shows. They make sure to put the children and family first. When COVID occurred, I knew that I never needed to worry about the safety of my child. They were already doing the necessary steps to keep the children safe. The teachers are also amazing with introducing concepts and lessons to the children. My two year old can count to 20 and can recognize the alphabet. Not to mention all the sweet children songs. I absolutely love this school and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for childcare.
As a first time mom, working full-time, my husband and I needed to be at peace with where and who our son spends his day with (especially during COVID-19). B.H. is the second daycare our son has attended and he couldn't be happier! We love the safe, caring, loving, positive atmosphere they offer. They are organized and communicate well with the parents, and also very responsive. We appreciate the parent conference calls to keep us informed. The classrooms are big enough for the children to move around without getting hurt. The teachers are sweet and appear to enjoy what they do! We are blessed to have found this location!
