Bright Horizons At Skyline

We are so grateful for Bright Horizons at Inova! We moved our 1 year old daughter here from a different daycare center and never looked back. She is now 3 and thriving, and we have kept her here even after moving a half hour away because she is so happy. As parents we are so comforted during the work day knowing she is busy learning, having fun with her friends, and being well cared for by all the staff at BH.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bright Horizons at Inova Fairfax! My two kids have been attending for two years and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. They create a warm and nurturing environment where my children feel safe and loved. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a variety of educational toys and activities that keep my kids engaged and excited to learn. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to promote both academic and social development, and I have seen significant growth in my children's skills and confidence.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons since she was a year old. The teachers are wonderful and love and care for my daughter as if she was their own. The administration is very communicative and do a great job managing the center. The center is clean and the equipment is up to date. I appreciate that they open earlier at 6:30 am, which was a standout to me since other centers open after 7. We love it here!

We are so happy to have found this daycare! They serve a variety of nutritious meals, are outside daily (weather permitting), and have engaging activities. I love that they use evidenced based strategies for achieving developmental norms, they have multilingual teachers, and do multiple activities per day that help growth in speech and language, fine, sensory, and gross motor skills. I love how my child interacts with peers and his teachers. They are organized, clean (child hasn't gotten sick yet! which is amazing 3 months in!), and child-focused. Thank you Bright Horizons!!!

My family is very pleased with Bright Horizons at Inova Fairfax. Our daughter has been going there for almost two years, starting at 6 months of age. She is currently in the Twos classroom with Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Danielle, and they are WONDERFUL. We get great updates from them every time we pick her up and they are both very engaged in her development. That is huge for us. Ms. Carin was our daughter's infant teacher and she is incredible. She goes above and beyond for her students and their families. She also takes the best pictures. 😊 Ms. Terry, the chef, is FANTASTIC. She somehow manages to have a relationship with every child in that center! Our daughter often has to leave early for appointments, and Ms. Terry always makes sure she has her snack prepared "to go." Kathryn, the director, and Sasha, the assistant director, are on top of things and regularly sending out weekly updates via email, posting helpful notices at the front desk, answering questions, etc. Regrettably, the turnover is higher than we would like, but we attribute that to the appalling approach our country takes with childcare as a whole. Bright Horizons is not cheap. But the quality of the care and the education our daughter receives is 100% worth it.
