Great, attentive staff, large clean classrooms, ideal teacher/student ratio - Bright Horizons at Plaza 3- Waterfront was a great first school/daycare experience for our 18 month old starting in the Toddler class. Over the 10 months he spent there, he grew to LOVE his teachers and classmates, came back learning new things everyday, wanted to go back on some weekends. The staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful. I was hesitant to send my baby to daycare as a new first time mom. But BH Plaza 3 Waterfront totally changed my mind and outlook. You can tell the Director and the entire team deeply care for the children. It was a wonderful experience for us and we would recommend them to anyone. We've visited 3 Bright Horizons in our area picking this one - it was by far the best one in every way!

Teachers at Plaza3 are highly dedicated and goes above and beyond to take care of the kids; they are also excellent in communicating with the families. Like many kids his age, our son always wanted to grab the dessert first from the lunch plate. His teacher took notice, and patiently guided him to build a healthier eating habit. Some families like ourselves may pick up close to the 6PM cutoff. Even at this hour, the kids were still fully engaged in teacher-led activities. Sometimes our son didn’t even want to leave - the stories aren't finished yet! The center's curriculum is filled with fun, age-appropriate activities. The teachers lead, observe, communicate, and sometimes also provide suggestions. "He's ready to transition into solid food." "He seems to like this fruit (or he seems to like this activity), you may try it at home too." Such advice can be particularly helpful for first-time parents. Every morning, we drop off the kid with confidence, because we know he is in good hands and getting so much more than what we can provide at home. Another point to highlight is the center's culture. The overall student-body and parent-community is very collegial, and we highly enjoyed attending the center-led events to meet with teachers and other families. Way to go, Plaza3!

I must highlight Sandra, the school director, who has been nothing short of amazing. She is approachable, attentive, and always ready to address any concerns or suggestions. Her leadership contributes significantly to the positive atmosphere at the daycare.
