Bright Horizons At Centennial Mall

My children have been attending this center for a year and a half (initially part time and full time as of September 2025). They have been in the Toddler, Preschool, and K-Prep classrooms and have loved it from their first day. We have been continually impressed with the incredible variety of age appropriate, engaging activities. Each day they are trying something new and building foundations for reading, writing, math, science, etc. as well as developing their socialization skills. At drop off they are happy to see friends, teachers, staff, and find fun activities. We also love that they go outside year round (weather and temperatures permitting) and have an indoor “movement zone” for gross motor activities on days they are not able to get outside. Our children are well cared for throughout their days - from diaper changes, to meals and snacks, to prompt reports of any illnesses or minor injuries. The teachers and staff are attentive, caring, and supportive of all the students and families at the center. We are fortunate and grateful for the opportunity to utilize this wonderful benefit Boston Scientific and Bright Horizons offer!

I wish I was able to give it a zero rating. I was an ex-parent who brought my child to the center and I had the worse experience. The staff looked unhappy, they always ignored me and my child. My child would come home saying bad words and say how their teachers were always on their phone. The directors, Mel, Kristina, and Amie were very unhelpful in many situations and would have their husbands come in during work hours near the children which made me uncomfortable. I saw staff members crying in the office, teachers arguing and being rough with the children. I would never recommend you coming to this center unless you want your child to be abused..
