There is not enough to say about the team at Bright Horizon's Bedford. Each teacher is dedicated to the needs of the children and is especially caring to parents. They've started to feel like members of our family in sharing the small moments throughout the day and helping to navigate tough moments of transition and growth milestones.

It’s hard to put into words how much we love Bright Horizons. Finding this center has truly been life-changing for our family. Our oldest has attended Bright Horizons for three years, and the growth we’ve seen from infant through toddler and now Pre-K has been incredible. Each transition to a new classroom is bittersweet because we grow so attached to the teachers, yet we always end up falling in love with the next group just as much. I drop my daughter off each day knowing she is not only safe, but genuinely loved and supported as she grows emotionally, physically, and intellectually. My oldest has us “play daycare” at home and she pretends to be a teacher. We love hearing her interpretation of her teachers. If we are struggling with something at home and don’t know how to best manage the situation, we’ll sometimes ask the teachers or take ideas from her "play daycare" because their approaches are effective and in line with our parenting style. The sense of community is also really special. The teachers foster an environment where children are guided through conflict with care and empathy, often emerging as close friends. There’s a shared feeling of gratitude among families here. I’ve never heard a negative word from another parent. Many families who came from other daycares consistently remark on how much better their experience has been here. The consistent updates are another highlight; the app and reports allow us to stay connected with our child while at daycare, and make it easy to talk with about what they're learning and experiencing.The administration is thoughtful, supportive, and truly invested in the children and families they serve. Our youngest will be starting in April, and receiving his acceptance letter filled us with excitement rather than nerves. Instead of worrying about being apart, my husband and I found ourselves excited about the love, learning, and friendships waiting for him. Bright Horizons at Bedford sets children up for success in learning, relationships, and play. I truly believe you get what you pay for at this center. Daycares are not all the same, and Bright Horizons at Bedford is truly exceptional.

Bright Horizons has been my child care provider for 9 years for all of my children. They are by far the best in every category. The teachers become like family and love my kids as their own. They have gone above and beyond to manage the safety of all of the staff and children during this pandemic. Thank you BH of Bedford for being the best! We love you!

Bright Horizons in Bedford NH is simply amazing! The center itself is warm and inviting and has lots of cool things for the kids to see and do. The staff is wonderful from the director on down. There is a high level of professionalism and caring and the children benefit greatly from it. Bright Horizons Bedford is a great place to give your child a very happy preschool experience!!
