Our son used to go to a different school before and he hated it. Ever since his first day at Bright Horizons, we noticed how wonderful Tonya is. She truly cares about each kid as an individual and wants them to thrive, and will go above and beyond to make sure they have the best possible experience. Ms Christy creates a wonderful classroom environment where he has fun while learning, and Mr Darrell makes him feel comfortable and safe. He comes back from school each day telling us he had a wonderful day because he played a lot, and we clearly see how much he's learning through play.
Toured this facility and felt very rushed through. We saw only the one place our child would be and a couple random empty rooms for "indoor play" and "stem" stuff. The director kept looking us up and down like we were too poor to be there. So disappointed in the experience after seeing great reviews and feeling so uncomfortable and unwelcomed.
My son started daycare at Bright Horizons in January and it has been such a blessing for us both. My son was staying at home his first 13 months and as much as I loved that he was ready to be social. I was nervous starting daycare but my son transitioned so easily and he has loved it there. The developmental activities, genuine care and love from his teacher (you are amazing Kiana!) and the organization and kindness from the entire staff has been unbelievable. I am so happy with Bright Horizons and I love seeing how happy my son is.
Our three children have attended since 2021. The quality of the education is spectacular. The critical thinking and STEM based learning has blown us out of the water. Our oldest is now in second grade and is in the gifted program thanks to her wonderful VPK teacher. Our other two children have gone from the infant room now up to VPK. We couldn't be happier with our decision to trust our kids learning at Bright Horizons. The teachers, staff and families we have met are such a large part of our lives.
Bright horizons at Baldwin Park has been a perfect fit for our family! The infant teachers, Miss Wanda, and Mr. Jadirah are second to none. They take care of our son like he is their own. They have taught us so much about STEM learning, gross motor skills, development milestones, scheduling, introducing solids, and so much more! Every staff member at the center knows our entire family and greet us every day. I feel extremely comfortable with the team and am so thankful to have found this place. I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and educational daycare for their children!
