We have had a great experience with La Petite! It had everything we were looking for. Every time we stop by, the classroom is in control and the kids are happily playing, doing story time or centers, or resting. My son loves the big outdoor playground. I love that I can check in on him on the cameras throughout the day. Gives me great peace of mind to see him happily playing or coloring when I check in.
I am very happy with my children's school. The way they treat the children is excellent; they always feel safe and happy. The activities are educational, fun, and well-organized. Their dedication and love for their work are evident.
My children and I love this place! The director Toni is very professional and manages a great team. I have peace of mind leaving my children with the wonderful teachers everyday. Everything is clean and the meals are nutritious and well balanced. I would highly recommend this location for children of all ages.
We are extremely disappointed with the level of service at this summer camp. Recently, we spoke with a representative and scheduled an appointment to register our two children for summer camp starting in June. Over the phone, we were given the schedule, terms, price, and assured that there were available spots. The purpose of our visit was to register our children and start the camp. Our children were thrilled and eagerly awaiting the start of the program. However, when we arrived to make the payment and tour the camp, we were told that there were no available spots at either of the Lehigh locations for our children. This was incredibly strange and unprofessional, as we had been assured over the phone that spots were available. I had to leave work early and cancel my plans to come and register my children for the summer camp. As a result, my children were very upset and cried because they were so looking forward to attending the camp. Additionally, I canceled other camp options for my children because we were relying on this one. After our visit, I received a call asking how our appointment went. Is this some kind of joke? The purpose of our visit was to find out that there were no spots? This is absolutely terrible and completely illogical. I do not recommend this camp due to their irresponsible attitude towards clients and poor organization.
Our kids attended La Petite East for a few months. The teachers and directors were nice and cared about the kids. The camera system made it easy to check in on the kids. Our circumstances changed and we no longer needed day care. The staff was more than fair with the billing situation. Overall great experience and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other options.
