Bright Beginner'S Academy

We received the kindest call from BBA to fill us in on what is happening. We were left confused and hear me out we LOVE it here and have never experienced this before, not on snow days, never. The current manager Sanella told us the daycare was closing but not to worry she would be opening one soon with the same staff. Messages were confusing, they would be closed, they would be open. Come to find out as the manager Sanella was just randomly closing on days she didn’t have staff scheduled or couldn’t find coverage. Sanella did not update communications and Sanella received 4 complaints from parents so when she was corrected by upper management she has since retaliated and said she’s starting her own. Julia was super helpful and poor thing has been trying to catch up and set everything back to the truth. I sure do hope Sanella is fired, I am shocked the owners are so graceful as a manager responsible for so many parents this is unbelievable. I really appreciate the call we got to set things straight. We will be sticking with BBA I can’t imagine how she’d run her own business or what type of people she would hire. They have such a nice outdoor play area, great ratios. Both my babies love it here.

I can't say enough wonderful things about BBA. From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt welcomed and supported by the caring and dedicated staff. The atmosphere is warm and nurturing, making it a second home for our little one. What truly stands out is the incredible leadership of Sanela, the Director. Her passion for providing the best environment for the children and her staff is evident every day. The staff loves and respects her, which creates a positive and unified community. I’m so grateful for the love and attention my child receives here, and I wouldn’t want them anywhere else. Thank you, Sanela, and all the amazing team members, for everything you do.

Bright Beginner’s Academy has been wonderful for our family. The staff is genuinely caring and quick to address any concerns — they handled one of ours promptly and thoughtfully. They keep the kids engaged with fun event days like Spirit Week (my child loved Mismatch Day!) and even a Cross Town Exotics Day where the kids saw amazing animals up close. My daughter is excited every morning to go play and see her friends. She loves the backyard play area, and it’s heartwarming to see other kids greet her by name and wave goodbye. It truly feels like a warm, supportive community where kids can grow, learn, and have fun. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Bright Beginner’s Academy in Dyer! From the very beginning, they made us feel completely comfortable as a family. The staff is incredibly warm, supportive, and accommodating—they’ve always been willing to work with us on any needs or concerns, no matter how big or small. Our child is genuinely excited to go each day, which speaks volumes. It’s been such a joy to watch the progression—from being a bit shy at first to now stepping into the classroom with confidence and enthusiasm. The positive changes we’ve seen have been amazing. The daily communication is another thing we really value. We always know what’s going on, and it helps us feel so connected and involved in their day-to-day experiences. Bright Beginner’s Academy has created a safe, nurturing, and flexible environment where our child can thrive—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

My three-year-old loves the activities in the class! Every day they learn new things, make progress, and have so much fun. The daycare has a great environment with outdoor play on their own playground when the weather is nice. The teachers and staff are friendly and patient. I’m very happy with this daycare and highly recommend it!
