What Parents Say
Bridge Kids Learning Center receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from enrolled families who praise the quality of care, teacher engagement, and facilities. Parents consistently report long wait lists but consider the wait worthwhile. One prospective parent had a negative experience with staff communication during the enrollment inquiry process.
My 4 year old daughter started here about 2 weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their communication thru the procare app is top notch, the teachers are all kind and excited to see the kids every day and my daughter LOVES it there already. The facility itself is beautiful and has a big gymnasium for when weather gets bad, a big playground and a splash pad. They do typically have a wait list but it’s worth the wait. Our previous daycare was less than ideal, the teachers just seemed annoyed at the kids all the time and would even scream at the kids and a few times my daughter came home with goose eggs on her head and we wouldn’t get a report. Bridge Kids called me immediately when my daughter had a toy hit her head even though it didn’t even leave a mark. I can’t get over how amazing they are compared to our previous daycare. I have so much more peace of mind with them, and my daughter doesn’t dread being dropped off anymore! And their rates are extremely affordable for the quality of care your kids will receive! I was blown away that it was only $60/month more than our previous daycare!
UPDATE: We now have 2 kids at this location, and have for nearly 5 years now. I am happy to say that our feelings are still the same as they were when I wrote the below review. We have continued to be very pleased with the Bridge Kids Learning Center. Teachers have come and gone during the years, but the staff has consistently been caring and attentive overall. I have zero qualms about recommending Bridge Kids to anybody out there looking for a good DayCare. My son has been at the Bridge Kids Learning Center since he was a few months old. We have been nothing but pleased with the care he has received at this location. He has been in the infant room, the transition room, and will soon be moving up to the toddler room. He has had wonderful teachers who he likes and who have shown nothing but caring for him as well. He likes going to "school" as we call it, and has been dropped in on several times by grandparents during various times of the day and none of us have ever been concerned about his treatment, his care, or those running this facility. The directors have always been personable with me and always willing to talk if needed about any issue. I would highly recommend this location, and if we expand our family we will want our next child to attend here as well. The last year+ which we have had our son at this location has been a blessing, and we have grown fond of his teachers as well as we can see genuine caring in them for our precious child.
it's sad that the ONLY bad review comes from someone who has not even been with the organization. this place is hands down, the best thing that ever happened to my son. is the wait long? you bet. is it worth it? you bet. we waited YEARS to get in... so much so, that our "spot" was held from a child we lost, when we finally got our son into the program. i was hesitant at first, as the rates are so economical compared to other places in the area. and you know what? it's 1,000 times nicer than any other place we visited. the teachers and leadership are not uncaring. they truly love my son. they even love my other son, who has only been there on a drop-in basis. they truly care about us, as an entire family unit. trust me when i say bridge kids is worth the wait!!!
This daycare is under investigation by DHS. Do NOT take your child here. My husband picked our grandchild up today for the first time ever and they never one time asked for his ID!
My review is about my attempts at obtaining child care. I have called this business on 3 occasions and the first 2 times I called about putting my infant daughter in their care I was told that it would be at least a years wait before they would have a spot in which my child would no longer even be in that age range. Each person I spoke to seemed very uncaring, and short with me and wasn't really even interested in speaking to me. It certainly didn't strike me as a christian atmosphere I was hoping for anyways. Just about the money. I bet if I made a donation to their building fund there would have been a spot available.
