What Parents Say
Brazos Valley Kidz Academy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents who praise the staff's care, attention, and daily communication about their children. However, two recent negative reviews indicate concerns about changes in management, staff turnover, and a CPS report that led to one family's departure.
By far one of the best daycares hands down. The amount of care and attention they give my children is by far one of the best in town. The staff shows the up with the most respect and has a very organized process. I get updates daily on both of my kids constantly, wether its them changing my kids or letting them have circle time, photos, and opportunities to enjoy the company of other children! I don’t trust a lot of people with my kids but by far, an amazing group of people who definitely have it together. Very blessed to have found this hidden gem. Thank you BVKA, and keep up the amazing work!
My children have been attending here since 2018, and I have had nothing but an amazing experience here! I am honestly heart broken to be leaving them. The staff is amazing, respectful, loves my kids, always there when I need something. The directors go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and my girls have what they need to succeed! I would and do recommend them to anyone around that area!
Amazing staff! Keep you updated each day! As a first time mom, sending my son (1 year old) off was nerve wrecking, but he has so much fun and never cries when it's time to go in the mornings. I can tell he is so loved by his teachers. They put this Mama's heart at ease
My almost 2 yr old has been there since she was an infant and at first it was great. Then the director suddenly got fired and a bunch of good employees quit and the owner started talking bad about them. I had a feeling that was a red flag and that was confirmed when we got a call from CPS. Someone reported us. I understand better be safe than sorry and mandatory reporting but they used the opportunity to complain about a bunch of ridiculous things like how her hair grows and having ink on her legs. They lied about things I said and told them they thought she was autistic. My daughter can’t walk yet but her pediatrician is aware and she’s been making progress but all this just told me they didn’t want her there. So we left immediately and she never went back. They’re just messy and two faced
My child has been here for two years. We really love this daycare/preschool. I trust them completely and they don't stress me out.
