We had an absolutely amazing experience at Thunder Elite Gym for our four-year-old twins’ superhero-themed birthday party! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlie and Katya were the stars of the show. They were not only professional but went so far above and beyond that I honestly believe they deserve a raise and a bonus. If management is reading this, please give them a bonus! They keep serving above and beyond what is required and it really makes a difference in the customers experience! From setting up the obstacle course and testing it to make sure it was safe, to leading super fun games, to ensuring every single child was having a great time, they were tremendously helpful. They even took care of all the cleanup, coordinated pizza in the private party room, and made the whole event stress-free for us as parents. Their friendliness, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding. The gym itself was fantastic! the giant blow-up slide was a huge hit, and the kids had a blast in the play area for over an hour before moving into the private party room. Everything flowed perfectly, and it was one of the most fun and organized birthday parties we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend Thunder Elite enough, especially if you have children 10 and under. And if you’re lucky enough to have Charlie and Katya running your party, you’ll see why I’m saying this, they’re truly irreplaceable and 100% deserve recognition, a raise, and a bonus for the amazing work they do! 🎉

My daughter was attending the toddler class and loved it but it seems like things are very unorganized and not well kept. My sister-in-law emailed them to talk about the bathrooms never having toilet paper or soap and how trash in consistently piled up and they just decided to unenroll my daughter without any notice. If you can't take criticism as a bussiness and improve things for your customers and you just want to be petty about it, unfortunately you won't get far. Do not recommend.

My granddaughter had a blast. After it was over, I tried waiting for an opportunity to speak with the lady up front, but I didn't have time to wait.

I was really hopeful about my daughter going here. She attended a few classes and we attempted to try the cheer program. We missed a class due to an emergency, when we came back the ladies at the front (receptionist and owner) were actually speaking badly about my daughter. I interrupted them and said “she’s here,” and they both paused and looked at me with a panicked look. Listen, I get people like to gossip, but we’re grown women and to talk poorly for no reason at all about a toddler is ridiculous! I was so disappointed that I cancelled my membership and we won’t be going back. There’s no reason to talk about members of your gym who pay to support you and be there. Not to mention my child is 3 years old, she can’t help if family emergencies result in missed practices for a team she isn’t officially on. I never write reviews but I had to write this as a warning that the owner will talk poorly about children and families without any regard to who’s listening - luckily I was because I was able to hear it for myself (my husband was with me as well and was shocked!) PS: the emergency was that I was bit by a copperhead snake and hospitalized for 4 days!

I was disappointed with my most recent experience with Thunder Elite. First they take 10-15 minutes of each class to figure out which kids should be in which class. My daughter was on the waitlist for a certain class and when half of that class didn’t show I asked if she could go ahead participate with class she was on the waitlist for. The manager said yes and said she would take care of moving my daughter. My daughter got put in the wrong class with kids much younger than her. When I approached the manager there were no apologies and I was told that I shouldn’t have switched her in the first place. First she was switched with the managers approval, and second how do I as a parent know the classes better than the manager. I understand that they see a lot of kids every week, but the quality of customer service needs to be greatly improved.
