What Parents Say
This facility is not a daycare but a medical research hospital specializing in ear, nose, and throat care. Parents praise individual staff members and medical professionals for their expertise and compassionate care, but express serious concerns about billing practices and administrative processes.
The billing here is horrible. For 2 MONTHS they missed the fact that they did not accept my insurance, and everything seemed fine. They said they accepted my insurance and billed it accordingly. Then out of nowhere they hit me with thousands of dollars in bills, saying that they don't actually take my insurance. I would not have incurred these bills had I known my insurance wasn't accepted, and they kept sending bills even months after we left and found care elsewhere.
Kari Andrews has been our nurse every time my son has had surgery there (3 times) and she has always been top notch. She is so kind, caring and goes out of her way to make him confortable. We love and adore Kari and want her to know we appreciate her very much.
I can't stress enough how amazing Dr. Dinesh Lulla is! My daughter needed to start seeing a neurologist, which was super scary to be told! Dr.Lulla made the experience so comfortable. He was so patient and listened to all my concerns and explained everything so clearly. He was so wonderful with my daughter too! So thankful we have him!
Our Nurse was AMAZING! Friendly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone knew before surgery his adhesive allergies as well as made sure he had the proper drinks that won't effect his disease or allergies.
The doctor who cared me was amazingly nice. I visited the hospital for my immunization for admission of a university and I was struggling for the immunization form. The doctor called the university and she figured out and made it clear. It was so helpful me. Thank you very much.
