I love the staff and my kids do so too, they are nice and caring, the place is affordable for the ones like my self that can't afford much but at the same time we don't live off the government. Some of the other kids are jerks but that has nothing to do with the place, Mr Jeff and Mrs Kia always keep everyone safe and talk to the ones that miss behave this is what I have been told by my girls, all this comments complaining, go to an expensive place then where you are also going to have jerk kids that are spoiled by their parents that everywhere people. The staff have ALWAYS been courteous to me and my husband even though sometimes I get there late to pick up my kids they understand my situation. They always have a smile.. Thank you Mr Jeff.
We moved to Jefferson last year and the Boys and girls club embraced our family and made us feel right at home. Mr. Kendal, Mr. Jeff and all of their staff has a genuine love for the kids and treat them like their own. Thank you so much Boys and Girls club for all you do for the kids.
The staff is not professional at all instead of doing their jobs they have chosen to allow the teenagers to manage the younger kids then they call them STAFF whom I'm sure is not getting paid. I'm not sure what type of help these kids are actually getting from them because they don't have the tutors they said they would provide to help the kids with homework. The director need to take a long hard look at management here.
Boys & Girls Club of Jackson County is a blessing to my family. It is very affordable. My son is a lot happier going here after school than the afterschool program at his school.
The staff has communication issues. Always seem bothered and flustered . My child will stop go there.
