What Parents Say
This appears to be a vocational/technical school rather than a daycare center. Reviews are predominantly positive (mostly 5-star ratings), with alumni and current students praising the career development programs, certifications, and supportive staff. Common concerns include high lunch prices and food quality.
This place is absolutely miserable, awful food and everyone there is miserable. A good amount of people there are just uneducated and their parents sent them here in hopes they can "be something". The most drama you will ever see, administration doesn't care about unless you break dress code and even then they won't let you speak a single sentence on why just "you know better." I hope in some future this school gets better, but currently it isn't the "amazing school of opportunity" everyone writes it out to be.
Vist it daily. What a wonderful collection of people.
2022: How do half star? I agree with xXxMindKillerxXx's first statement. Daily grade is a joke, the principal is a joke, I would rather go to Geneva high school, the rumor about them putting litter boxes in the bathrooms to be "all inclusive" was actually believable. 2024: got ALC (in school suspension) for answering the calls for my rheumatologist appointment rescheduling. I have ankylosis spondylitis, meaning my spine "melts" at the bottom, meaning I have permanent bad posture. the only nice person (in my opinion) is Tanish.
A wonderful and I mean a wonderful school! I graduated in 2019 and I learned so much from the staff and faculty! With A-tech I learned how to become a professional and hard working adult. If students use the resources they are given they can really succeed after graduation. I am a very proud A-tech alumni!
Can't believe what this school has done to a student because of fear and ignorance. This is in no way indicative of the way that schools should be teaching students nor in handling situations. Yet is typical of the liberal mindset of those in the administration of zero tolerance laws with little common sense towards the application of those laws. Teaching the young how to think for themselves and become productive members of society is what schools should be striving for in today's academic environment. Yet instead choose to apply conformity with society and "groupthink" as the model of education, this is what A-Tech has chosen to do with its time and energy outside of academia.
