The worst customer service experience ever, we booked to play basketball and the staff wouldn't show up to attend our reservation instead they canceled our reservation and told us to get out of their building. The rudeness of the staff is incredible.

I used to come here as a child/teenager and it was amazing then and even more amazing now. My kids love it here, the staff is great, coaches, management/directors, executive team etc are extremely compassionate and actually care about the community. Its comforting to know while I am at work my children are well taken care of especially during transportation from their school to the club. Thank you BGC!

My 2 sons aged 7 & 10 attended the BGCG Summer program for 5 weeks. My boys LOVED this camp and already asked to go back for next summer. The staff was amazing and always willing to answer any questions I had at drop off and pick up. They offer a weekly trip (mostly water parks for extra cost). The program is not too tightly structured from the understanding of my children so sometimes they did bring toys or games from home to keep themselves busy. I highly recommend this camp.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I would never use this place as a summer camp EVER again. My daughter is 5 years old with ADHD and was expected to care for herself and her belongings on her own! Granted I understand there are many kids there to be looked after but there needs to be some type of responsibility put into place. My daughter is only 5, too young to make sure ALL of her belongings are where they need to be. Her belongings were lost/taken TWICE & NOBODY knows nothing EVER! Her name was even put on everything. It’s unbelievable! This place is so unorganized, messy & unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone ever!

My daughter was apart of the cheer program. She was so excited to finally be able to be a cheerleader! Maybe two weeks into the program she was having issues from the other members and staff . She made a comment and was totally thrown out of context and had everyone labeling her . Then the coaches didn’t even contact me about my daughter had to come upset to me and tell me . Then when I address the situation to one of the assistant coaches , she says it only my daughters comments . Keep in mind her child is a big reason why my daughter had so much problems , but could not see her daughter wrong just my child . Then on a separate occasion they had another issue and my child and her child had words back in forth , her child invited my daughter to fight , and when I called the mother ( assistant coach malayna ) she says oh but my daughter said something to her and totally disregarded what her child did . So I bring it up to the head coach deanne and spoke to her and then she had a conversation with the kids . So there I thought were going to put it behind us . Then the next practice I get a call from iris saying that my daughter is being kicked off the team over a he said she said . Not once did they try and understand my child’s side just automatically took sides with the kids they knew ! They also couldn’t even refund my money but instead have me a bag of cheer stuff my daughter can’t even use ! The way they handled everything was just ridiculous! These are children and my daughter was defending herself from bullying and discrimination! But they only chose to get rid of my child because we are new to the community! As mother’s and people you all should be ashamed of yourselves! If it was your kids you wouldn’t dare ! I would not recommend this program if you are a new comer be warned they will make you feel very uncomfortable and unwanted !
