I have been to gyms all across the country, and I will say that Bodyplex hangs with the best of them. The staff has been friendly when we have interacted, the hours cannot be beat (24/7). The equipment is in good shape and the facility is clean. For the money and location this is the perfect gym for me!

I give it five stars the stuff is very welcoming and the classes are amazing. There also childcare what other gym has it. they also do date night ever third Friday. I have lost over 75lbs thanks to the help of the instructors and classes. Great place to start out and keep going ..

If you give them access to your bank they will steal your money months after you quit going. Do not give them a credit or debit card number unless you want to have sudden yearly fees and charges for months you never went to the gym. I tried canceling my account in February and they wouldn’t do it, so I changed my debit cards and they got my bank information in MaY and charged me 100$ when I hadn’t been there since early February. I called the manager and she was 0 help even though when they took this money out of my account I got tons of overdraft fees on my bank account and she couldn’t care less all she wants is your money. They have 0 interest in treating customer justly and fairly.

Best gym in Hiram! For the heavy lifters, you've got access to a separate free weight room complete with not one but 2 squat racks and a smith machine. For the cardio junkie and machine guru- you've got your own spaces as well with enough equipment to keep you moving for days. If you need that extra push, the group fitness classes are top notch. Included is a childcare room that has a video feed to the main gym area. Last but not least are the great instructors who are always encouraging and pushing you to do your best. They are always running promotions and exclusive offers geared to help you reach your goals. Absolutely love my BodyPlex!

I have been a member of this gym for over 15 years. I have seen it go from a great owner to poor owners. The second owner was awful. It was not well managed nor kept clean. This last owner started out to really care for the gym and made some changes to "improve" the service and managed it better. She was there every day. However, haven''t seen her for many months. It is obvious of an absent owner, because it hasn't been clean and it is the original equipment. I will agree with the negative reviews because they are very true. The good thing that came out of the covid-19 is NOW they have many bottles of the sanitizer. Before there may be one or two and neither would be barely filled. Several times I had to walk around the gym just to find one! After visiting Planet Fitness with a friend (before covid-19) they had many, many bottles and paper towels throughout the gym! Not as dirty as before but could still use a thorough cleaning. As a man, I still like a clean and neat gym and good equipment. The reason I don't switch is the convenience of it and the staff is good.
