What Parents Say
This appears to be a plasma donation center, not a daycare. Reviews consistently praise the staff's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. Patients report positive experiences with quick processing times and a welcoming atmosphere.
My experience was great in the beginning of me coming here but now I’ve changed my mind. I allowed two ppl to stick me that I’ve never seen before and ended up with hematomas. I very much so big veins so how these ppl stick me wrong is the biggest concern for me. If you get someone that can stick you with no pain stay with that person otherwise you taking a chance for ppl to mess up your arm
Karen was amazing and she made me feel like I was an important person. Also she answered all my questions and was just easy to talk to. Love her and will always come back to this location
I visited BioLife 11/18/2025 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I checked in around 5:30 PM and waited almost 3 hours before being told I was not eligible to donate due to common allergies (grass, pollen, dust) and the use of a standard nasal spray, Fluticasone Propionate. What concerned me most is that this information could have been addressed much earlier during the initial health questionnaire. If they had updated my answers and confirmed eligibility at the beginning, I could have saved hours of waiting. Instead, I didn’t receive this information until after a long wait. When the nurse asked about my allergies, I answered honestly and showed the nasal spray I use. She told me I could not donate, but then later said that “sometimes people with allergies can donate,” which was confusing and inconsistent. At that point, I suggested we stop the process so neither of us wasted more time, especially since she still had other donors to check. I’m not sure if the nurse simply didn’t want to proceed with my donation or if there was a misunderstanding, but the communication felt unclear and inconsistent. I would highly recommend that BioLife update donor health questions as soon as we check in, so patients know right away if they are eligible. The entire health questionnaire takes about 30 minutes—much better than finding out after 3 hours who has allergies of grass, pollen and dust can't donate.... ??? Really.... I hope they improve their communication and screening process so future donors don’t experience the same frustration.
The staff don’t know how to properly use the new machines that were installed. My donations have gone from taking just over an hour to close to 2 hours or more. If the machines are not processing the donations properly and stop, even if you request to end the donations properly, they hold you prisoner with no regard for your requests or time. I don’t see myself going back to this location, find a new center or company that has the proper training in place. Furthermore, their turnover rate for staff is incredible.
Such a great place to donate, at 1st I wasn't feeling it because the lady on the phone was a little snappy but it's all good they got me in & out as a new donor. It was a great, smooth experience I will definitely come back.
