We love Bing's Daycare! When asked about a daycare in the area I always suggest Bing's. I had a terrible first time experience with another daycare, and after 1 week I pulled my child out of that daycare. I didn't worry about my child when she was at Bing's.
I’ve called approximately 6 times in the last year trying to see where my child was on the waiting list, and the owner just tells me to find another day care. Doesn’t ask for my name or anything. Extremely poor communication and customer service skills. I wouldn’t want my child to attend this daycare anyway, but wanted to warn other parents that might be in the same position as we are. Pretty disappointing for our Morris community.
My kids have been going here for several years, ever since they opened. Bing treats my kids wonderfully and I've never had any issues.
A three year old child was hurt here, by an employee. The owner refuses to show the camera footage and is covering up the evidence. I would not recommend.
The employee Eli is by far the most helpful and kindest staffer.
