We recently moved to the area and loved our previous school. Little Genius staff quickly made us feel comfortable and settled any uncertainty with our children attending/ changing schools. Everyone from director, teachers, floaters, and cleaners are all so friendly and welcoming. The staff genuinely cares and provides a safe and clean environment for the little ones to learn! Keep up the great work!
I won’t get into much detail, but I would not recommend this childcare. They suggested my 2-year-old needed to see a behavioral specialist without ever meeting with us to discuss concerns. The owner was condescending and even said one parent should “instill fear” in our child to make him listen. We were handed a termination letter in the hallway with no explanation — an unprofessional and disappointing experience overall.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team at Little Genius Center. From the very beginning, Ryan, Emily, Liberty and the entire staff have shown such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our son. Their compassionate approach, consistent communication, and thoughtful attention have given us peace of mind and made a lasting impact. What truly stands out is how gracefully and confidently they support our medically complex child. They navigate his unique needs with ease, always approaching each situation with patience, empathy, and expertise. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a dedicated and loving community.
We have been really happy with our son’s experience at UPK at Little Genius! The teachers are kind, caring and calm. He looks forward to going each day. He does a lot of hands-on learning and the learning is reflected at home. Communication has been great. They have a lot of school-wide events which are fun and low pressure. The buildings are very clean and new and it is in a convenient location. We are very happy to be part of this vibrant community!
It’s a clean building and very nice area location. Policies and procedures are lacking especially with notation and daily health checks. No accountability with management even regarding issues with their own systems. At pickup you might never know where your child is, or if they their tablet or code at door isn’t working no one is available. My child had a lot of issues there with teachers, being bullied and hurt by other students which was only given to me on an incident reports with no resolution and it did not include who the incident was with. The staffing TEACHERS are nice, many are younger and don’t have life experience for certain situations regarding children. Including the “ ween “ in process time which includes letting your child “ cry it out” and not letting you know about it. ( mostly toddler 1 room) This daycare shared information of my daughter with someone not related for over a month, as well as who I have a legal issue with regarding abuse and a refrain from order. When asked to correct it with impatience because it had been a month. They told me that only a parent can call the app to do that. When I called the app and had to pretend to be an employee, that information is not correct and I had to relay to their business how to separate, which took a total of 3 minutes, yet I days of endless harassing messages of why they can’t separate. None was factual. I love all the kids there, my daughter went there for almost 3 years and my baby for a year. I wish the first time they lost her jacket after the first month she attended and they had no care to help me locate or find it, as well as sending her home in other diaper and having two incidents where she was bit and hit the same month. I wish to God I would of pulled her out of this daycare, because what they lacked in their responsibilities and documentation could of been used to prevent my baby from further abuse. The mandated reporter title, is just a title because they do not follow proper procedures for notation , health checks, and things discussed. They may keep you there 10-15 minutes later talking to you about things they noticed, or concerns you bring up. And they document nothing. The stress to my family caused by them not keeping things documented, I can not even begin to express. The legal situation will end soon, and all parties will be held accountable, but if I could rate this daycare under 1 star I absolutely would. Once the original daycare director left it just wasn’t the same with the care and concern for the kids. Please do not expect this daycare to be filled with professionals who are organized and well managed, after first incident I told myself it happens and give it time. Nope. If your child is having consistent issues with other children, clothes being lost, coming home in other items; I suggest you learn from my mistake and find somewhere else.
