My little girl has been going here and we are absolutely loving it. Everyone is so kind. They take the best care of her. I’m well informed. It’s always a clean space. My child loves going every single day and wakes up excited. She has learned so much. I appreciate them and their love for my child each day.
I’m starting to regret putting My children in this center. When something happens to your child, they’re not able to show you any camera footage and it has been going on Almost 3 weeks now since I’ve requested for a accident report and still have not yet to get one they give you the runaround about it. The customer service is not its best. They make sure to call and greet you when it’s about payments faithfully but other than that, you have to greet them first I constantly ask about your child’s well-being and sometimes they forget to upload your child’s schedule or put in the wrong time on Procare. When the new school year begin, I will be doing something different. My children have only attended one other center that I so dearly miss so much. I was able to get daily updates on my children. I was able to see Camera footage and I had a really good relationship with the owner, But they also had them as Infants. The only reason why My kids attended a new center is because we were no longer staying in that district And they are not in network with my son’s school, but when the new school year comes in, I will be making that drive to take my baby girl and my son Will attend after school care Can’t place your kids anywhere.. these are the bruises that were on my son that I have not yet still gotten an update or accident report on.
They only have a 4.4 at the time I’m writing this because Michelle frequently campaigns amongst moms she likes to help boost ratings as damage control. I know because I was one of those moms she asked after they were getting pelted with bad reviews. My kid was unproblematic and initially well liked so I think we got ok treatment but I got the sense that if I were on Michelle’s bad side she would be aggressive and rude similar to other commenter experience with her . I decided to take my child out because of the negligence and staff demeanors I saw 1st hand. Staff yelling aggressively at little ones, a babies hand being caught in the door. The rooms smelling bad of feces. There was a particular new staffer that gave me very bad vibes and when my child started getting bad diaper infections I inquired with some of the original staff and they told me first hand that this new girl and others left diapers on kids and wouldn’t wipe them during changes. My child came home with a feces diaper DRIED AND STUCK TO them. I had to peel it off STRIKE 1 & 2! My child was then hurt and when I asked to see footage they wouldn’t let me even though they sold me on their daycare by saying there would be recordings we could review-STRIKE 3. I followed up with a staffer who further told me I should remove my child as kids were being hurt (one having been allegedly choked by a staffer) and that they only cared about profit. I Immediately left and haven’t regretted it. My child no longer screams when being dropped off. I’m at peace and so is my child. Would not recommend this place!
My daughter was very scared when she started her daycare at the other place, she would just find some excuse not to go there. But since she started going to BBMA, she is just excited to go to school everyday. The safe and comfortable environment she gets, makes her more open and communicative.
