If I could do ZERO stars I would and it's all because of DeeDee. My daughter has been on a list to get into a registered preschool with the ops system so she can get an IEP. DeeDee lied and stated my daughter no longer had authorization when we tried to bring my daughter in because regular school is closed for the holiday. She stated that I basically "slapped" B.E.T in the face for having my daughter go somewhere else. Which sounds very hateful, petty and childish. Like a jealous old lady. My daughter has behavior issues and needs an IEP throughout her school years. That has nothing to do with "DAYCARE" My daughter should not be rejected just because you're mad that she goes to a registered preschool. Because unless B.E.T can provide an IEP that will follow my daughter from prek-12th grade imma need DeeDee to grow up because my daughters development is more important than a few hundred dollars yaw are missing out on because she would no longer need daycare full-time. It's just childish and petty. But I love Ms R. the preschool teacher. She's amazing!
My daughter has been going there for almost two years. For one they never knew if she did or did not eat her food when i picked her up, never had a scheduled of what she did for the day except maybe a couple days the first week. Im giving one stars because BERNARD TURNBO JR. had my child in an office with him for two weeks stating i told him she could not go outside if it is hot which was not true. I told them if she is wheezing or her chest is retracting then she should sit it out. When i asked why she was being held back from normal programming i was told to pick if she can or cannot go outside and to make my mind up. There was no empathy or professionalism at all. I then was told she had been in the office even when the kids were not outside so i made a comment of reporting neglect to the state and their response was she cannot come back because i was concerned about my child.
My children have been apart of B.E.T. for about 6 almost 7 years now. They are nothing short of amazing. I love the cleanliness, caring and supportive staff. I will never go with another day care! They do care about the kids and their education!!
All my kids went and go here I love it
