I had to do a walk-in in order to be seen because the appointment would have been way too far away from the present date to be any practical help to me.i did the intake rather swiftly and pleasantly but while in with the case manager I had informed her that I had to relieve my bladder and she said for me to wait that we will be over in 10 minutes......( ? ) On second thought she got up and showed me where the bathroom was. Which I thought was strange. But getting past that after I done the intake I've been waiting for a phone call for my appointment for days...... I have called transferred all over the place and then ultimately hung up on toy dismay.

My Care Manager Anju Gill is a nice person so far just meeting her very nice care Manager so far .

Do not go here if you are in crisis. I’ve been trying to find housing assistance for two years. Nobody has any resources. You only work with each case managers for a few weeks to a few months at a time before they get reassigned and you have to start over. I recommend finding a therapist if you can afford it bc they’re more experienced and generally have at least some access to community resources.

My sister has been going to this place for years. She has ptsd and a panic disorder. She is unable to work due to her anxiety of being around people. She has asked for help many of times and gets no help. Finally talked her into leaving them for good.
