We have attended Best Memories since Joani was an infant. The staff is caring and helpful daily. Staff members are kind and loving. The level of education goes beyond grade level. Joani adores Ms. Yisel and Ms. Niomy. The administration is dedicated and passionate about servicing the community and attending children’s needs. They have resources all you have to do is ask and Ms. Lyana will work on it right away. We are more than satisfied with the quality of care and education. We are family.
As neighbors they are terrible. I've gotten used to the kids screaming in the morning and noon outside, that's fine....but often Saturdays and some Fridays they have some type of parents/family events where they play loud music outside and have like a dj/person yelling into a microphone. It's like living next to a club those days so annoying. I'm trying to sleep in on a Saturday and their music is loud at 9am until 1 or 2pm. They also have an overflow in their parking on those days so the parents park in apartments and neighbors lots all around the school, it can get full. Seriously do better.
Absolutely love this place! The staff is so loving and understanding. The events they host are amazing. They treat us just like family. They even helped me find PT services for my son when I was struggling. Great place!
Best Memories Academy has been the most amazing group of caregivers and environment I could have ever imagined for my baby boy. Since starting at the center at 3 months old, he has been constantly loved, has evolved in his development and I know that he is in the safest, most loving hands with his amazing caregivers, Ms. Marisela and Ms. Aniabel. From day-to-day activities to holiday special events, Best Memories Academy has become another home for my family, as everything they do, they do it with love. We cannot thank you guys enough for all that you do each day for our son. We are 9 months in-- forever to go with BMA!
The best daycare! My daughter has been going there since she was 3 months old and she loves it! She is already 3 years old and soon my son will go too. The staff and owners are amazing and provide excellent care. They are like a big family and I feel blessed to be part of the Best Memories Academy family.
