This the worst ABA behaven facility. My daughter got a severe injury there due to their unprofessional conduct twice in one year! Not one staff call me and notify me of the injuries. Don’t bring your kids there if they’re non-verbal!

Behaving kids has worked wonders for my children in the past. And I took home some of the things that. I've learned there as well. And actually followed their books edit work amazingly for me and my children. And now, as my son is getting older and house a child of his own. We too are in the process of having her enrolled 2. She just did her intake yesterday. We just don't know when she can start and hopefully she can start soon

I brought my son to Behaven Kids for what was supposed to be an informational meeting about their ABA therapy services. I was told this would be a chance to tour the facility and ask questions. At no point was I informed that this would be a diagnostic evaluation, nor was one conducted. My son simply sat and quietly played while I asked questions. The facility itself was extremely concerning—dirty, disorganized, with visibly stressed staff and interior locks on the doors, which felt inappropriate and alarming for a child-focused therapy center. We decided not to use their services. Despite that, they billed my insurance for a “diagnostic evaluation” that never happened. It took me several days, multiple phone calls, messages, and emails just to get a response. They did eventually remove the direct charge to me, but they refused to reverse the insurance claim, effectively scamming my provider for services they did not deliver. I believe Behaven Kids is not a trustworthy or ethical provider. In my opinion, they are not fit to work with children or families. I strongly caution other parents and caregivers to be very careful before engaging with this facility.

The Behaven Kids team is dedicated, supportive, and truly passionate about making a difference in the lives of the children and families that utilize our services. The Mental Health Therapy team and the Child Behavior Aids/Specialists work hard daily to implement curriculum, treatment and fun into the kids’ daily activities. They truly do care about the children and families that are here!!

Behaven Kids is a wonderful place! The staff are caring, attentive, and truly passionate about providing nurturing and safe environment for children. Our clients grow so much - learning positive behaviors, coping skills, etc. while having fun. Highly recommend to any families looking for a trustworthy ABA therapy program or a facility that specializes in behavioral and mental health services!
