We send both our 2 year old daughter and 5 year old son (pre k program) to Beginning Steps for the past year and half, and we love it! They are so attentive, helpful, caring and most of all loving! To a point where my daughter tells them she loves them. Office staff is on it with any issue they will work with you. Class staff will help and communicate with you. Honestly we’ve sent them other places and this one superseded all of them. Great work guys! Highly recommend! And no they don’t ask us to leave reviews but they truly deserve a great one. Thank you for all you do for our kidddos!
My son has been attending this daycare since October and we could not be any happier. The staff is very communicative, using the app to send me important updates, advise when we need to bring more diapers or wipes, and sending me cute photos/videos from time to time. They are also so caring. My child loves the teachers in his room. I am glad we found this place.
My husband and I absolutely loved sending my little sunshine to Beginning Steps. The teachers in the blue room were so kind and loving ❤️ I’m extra grateful because they were an huge help potty training my toddler. 10/10!
The unreliability of this daycare is absurd. I sent my 9 month old daughters there for a little over a month before I was desperate for a new daycare. For starters, we asked MANY times to be told when they were low on formula so we can send more in their bag. Three times within a month I had to leave work because no one told us and I get calls/messages saying they’re completely out and they can’t feed them until I bring more. They have a sheet in the room that they are supposed to write the names of the babies who need more supplies soon and we see other babies names on there, but never ours, so we never know. Then I get told four times within a couple weeks that they had fevers. I come get them and take them home and I take their temps, no fever. They’re happy and playing and eating like normal. Every time I explain (calmly but firmly) that this is inconvenient because the amount of times I have to leave my job for things that I shouldn’t have to, I am met with disgusted looks and attitude. The final straw was walking in to pick them up and they were trying to get my INFANT daughter to sleep with a blanket wrapped around her head. We also saw another baby wrapped up the same way, in a crib! - this one was younger, and yes, we took pics. These people are a 5 star daycare?!?! I can’t speak to the other age group rooms, but please do yourself a favor and if you’re considering a daycare for your infant, stay away from here and find something more reliable and safe.
I am looking for childcare and this was a potential place. For weeks I have seen the employees absolutely ripping through the shopping center parking lot at 40mph in the morning. I am admittedly a sped fiend and my mind is blown at how dangerously fast they are driving. This personally tells me everything I need to know about this place in totality, however I obviously cannot speak to the care itself. I can definitively say do NOT trust these employees to drive your children anywhere. Don’t take my word for it, watch that place at 6am and you will see what I’m talking about. To the owner/manager/franchisor whatever, I am talking about both the sequoia and the van that shows up at that time (assuming to open up shop). Please do something about this behavior (even if it is your own) before somebody gets seriously injured.
