My toddler son has gone to Bear Buddies for 7 months now. He started in the Teddy B room and is now in the Pooh room. He also spent some time in Teddy A. I am so pleased with the quality of the care he receives. There are 1-2 main teachers in each room but many other staff rotate through (especially in the afternoons). Every teacher I've met is kind, receptive to feedback, and genuinely cares about the children. I receive pictures and updates on the app throughout the day. If there's anything I'm worried about, like if my son was more fussy that morning, I get personal messages several times a day about how he's doing. Beyond staying on top of their basic care, the staff do many activities throughout the day, like group time, art, outside time, and games. My son has a big smile on his face every morning when we arrive. He has so much fun with the other children and his social skills have blossomed. I can tell he trusts his teachers and feels comfortable in their care. My older son went to a much more expensive daycare chain that we absolutely loved, so I had high expectations for Bear Buddies. While it's different from my other son's experience in many ways, I am very happy with my experience at Bear Buddies and would highly recommend them to anyone.
My son just started here and it’s been great! Staff and teachers are very nice ! Lots of updates and pictures of how our baby is doing throughout the day ! Great communication, clean and organized
The staff and leadership are dedicated to continuously improving the environment and ensuring the children’s safety. They truly welcome every child, no matter the situation.
We've had our child here for about 6 months and so far so good All childcare is expensive, I think BB was about average for what we found in the surrounding area, but obviously its a big consideration We haven't had any major incidents outside of normal kids being kids stuff and playing a little rough sometimes. No big injuries or anything like that Our little one is always excited to come in and see his friends and the staff. He likes to report everyone he had fun with at pickup haha. He was able to adjust to the routine initially within a week or two and generally gets better sleep here than his naps at home lol. The activity coordinator and chef seem to really care about the quality of care the kids get from their involvement respectively. The meals are varied and balanced, and the kids seem to get a good amount of enriching and educational time in When he started attending he was not very verbal, but in combination with some speech therapy (Birth to 3 through the county -- nothing but praises), his expressiveness has greatly improved. Its hard to say how much his attendance has contributed but its definitely more than zero All of the staff have been friendly and informative with us. They use an app to track events during the day (food, nap, diapers, notable activities, pictures, etc and any notices/messages directly to parents). The pictures especially are really nice to see them having fun doing stuff, helps when we're missing him at work. Some staff cycle through the rooms so they'll get to meet and play with a few during the week. I could easily name 6 or 7 different teachers that have been wonderful with him but I don't want to leave anyone out lol We're very thankful that we were able to get enrolled and for how good of a time our child has here. We were apprehensive at the beginning but overall I think it has been more positive than not for him
