Two years in a row we have received inaccurate bills from the school for my sons courses (joint High school/college). They will charge you if you can not pay their updated bill in full and will not work with you without a fee. They appear to take no responsibility for the inaccuracies, nor will they adjust the bill based on the fact that THEY added something late. While you may think that these things might fall into different billing cycles, they don't seem to care. So be careful and always call about what is on or not on your bill. Outside of billing, it is worth noting my son and an entire class of students were punished for missing class for a high school function the instructor was not informed about. It was only through several parents complaints to the high school and Butler that this was "fixed". They still blame the students for the event despite the principal of the high school requiring all students to attend the event. Finally, I can not count the number of times my son reported that one of his instructors was very politically biased and shared his views to the class as fact.

Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and helpful. If you are unsure of where to go in the mass of buildings, just ask. I am writing this at a time when we have had bitter cold and snow. I am impressed with their efforts to clear snow and ice!
Decent enough place I guess. It’s a cheaper college that’s credited around the US which is nice. The staff are friendly and nice most of the time. Pretty flexible on making your own schedule as long as the class is available at that time or not full. The early college program is a really nice feature. I took it during high school and I’m almost done with my associates degree in I3D Tech at the age of 19. Definitely recommend for anyone in El Dorado or surrounding areas in need of a good and cheaper college education.
I had some trouble with a few aspects of getting my course started (mostly operator error) and every time I called or emailed, the service I received was prompt and outstanding. I am ridiculously impressed with the staff at all campus locations. They went above and beyond anything I expected. They were courteous, prompt, helpful, accurate, friendly, and more. I am just really impressed and grateful.
