I went to the ER with intolerable left shoulder pain. The ER doctor ordered an xray of my shoulder and chest. The chest xray showed I had diffuse pulmonary edema and maybe some slight arthritis in my shoulder. The ED gave me a steroid shot for "arm pain" sent me home. Never mentioned the chest xray result diagnosed me with "arm pain". Thankfully Dr Shraeder saw my chest xray and sent me back to the ER. I was admitted to step down and told I was in heart failure with pulmonary edema a potentially fatal condition. So now I cant trust the local ER to take care of me or my loved ones ever again.

Absolutely horrible!! Staff doesn't care about their patients and I was treated like an animal!! I was checked in because I tried to KILL MYSELF and the staff laughed at me and locked me in a room with a camera. I asked for a glass of water and was met with cold, unemotional eyes. I wasn't getting the one thing that is a human right (water) and my parents weren't allowed to see me. I won't lie, I did freak out a bit but then administering the shot that would "calm me down" (make me pass out for 6t hours while GOD KNOWS what was happening to me) the security officer had his knee on my neck choking me. When I tried to scream "I can't breathe!!" (because I am a 115 Ib woman) he started laughing. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Given the fact that I literally tried to kill myself I thought it would buy me some empathy but I couldn't even get a glass of water. Will not be going back.

We brought our daughter through the ER for a serious matter. I was told by the doctor and nursing staff that only allow one visitor was allowed in the back. I expressed to them that I understood the policy, but that her twin sister, who’s a minor, was with me as well, sitting in the waiting room, and if they could make an exception this time. Especially because the twin in the waiting room was having a breakdown concerning her sister and wanting to be of support at the time. Dr. Daniel told me in so many words that he could not make expectation. Of which I expressed was insensitive and asked what was I supposed to do regarding leaving a minor in the waiting room alone? He insisted on repeating the policy and walked away and sat down at the nurses station with a group of nurses, of which they began to smirk amongst one another. That’s when I stated how unprofessional they were and they commenced to calling security on me! I was astounded! Here I am attempting to get medical assistance for my child, and the very ppl I’ve granted permission to treat my child, is treating me so rudely. Horrible bedside manner. Insensitive. Nasty nice. Insulting! I will NEVER come back to this facility!

Genuinely the worst experience of my life. Dr Deluca is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. The ER nurses must still be in training because it took them an entire minute to get the IV in my extremely veiny and artery filled arm. Genuinely, all the nurses I’ve had in my life have told me that I have great veins and that had NEVER happened in my LIFE. If you are a woman of color, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! IT’S BETTER TO MAKE THE DRIVE TO LITTLE ROCK!!!

I arrived at 5:35am at one day surgery building staff was earlier than me they assisted me so friendly and polite and my surgery doctor is DR. Qureshi he finally done a great job as I’m still single he said he’ll try hard to fix this without scar I do hope so those staff done a fantastic job 👏 As soon as anestesia doctor injected me anestesia I fell asleep in just 2 minutes after that made me crazy after 1 hour. Thank you lifesaver’s 🛟 doctors 🥼 and nurse’s.
