This little school has been such a blessing for us. My son has attended for 4 years and we couldn’t have been happier! He starts Kindergarten in couple weeks and it will be a tearful goodbye. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a smaller, affordable, family-feel place! They really helped this single mom immensely in a city where I didn’t have a village. I had them 💗

Balloons & Lollypops is the best Day care in Metairie. Since the first day the staff has been welcoming and treats the kids and parents like family. My daughter loves going to B&L. Every morning she wakes up excited and says I’m happy I get to see my teachers and friends. The staff also does a great job at actually teaching the kids! I have noticed a huge improvement in speech, memory, and manners! I would recommend B&L to any and everyone looking for an incredible daycare! Me and my family are very fortunate to have found B&L

Balloons and Lollypops is the best day care in Metairie, LA hands down! My son has attended this daycare since he was two years old and even after he graduated from this preschool, he still continues to go here for summer camp every summer. That is how much he loves this school! Also, this is the only day care that my son has ever attended when he was a toddler. I never had to pull him from this day care and choose another day care because I didn’t like it which is rare. My son learned so much from this school that he excelled when he graduated and went on to elementary school. The director/owner of this establishment is so nice and kind. She really makes you and your child(ren) feel like you’re at home. It is definitely a family-oriented school. I actually talk to the director/owner outside of the school. That is how great of a person she is. She makes you feel like family. I wouldn’t recommend any other day care to my friends and family.

I write this review because I wish all the parents write a review for everyone to have an idea about a place especially daycare. I had my daughter in St Christopher Catholic school, my 2 year old daughter forgot how to laugh, after 2 weeks I stop taking her there. After searching for a daycare for weeks, I stop at Balloons & Lollypops and I said let me try and lets see what my daughter will have to say. She cried for the first 3 days, then she was serious, but now after almost 4 months my daughter loves it. She 's all just a smiley face. I recommended to everyone who wants happy children.

I have a 3 year old son. He attended this daycare for roughly 4 months. Really 3 because he was out for a month due to surgery. After his recovery and his first week back to daycare he was turned away because he didnt have a doctor note from surgery. Tonsils and adenoid were removed nothing contagious. Still for 3 days he couldn't go because we had to get the note from the hosipitial. This started the eye opening process to this daycare. He has never brought home any artwork or activities. When i brought this up to the teacher today (which was his last day) suprisingly he had artwork. Honestly it looks like they made him do everything today. Mrs Loriane which is the director seems very sketchy. She is very policy orientated and makes you sign everything and anything. Almost to a point where is looks like she is covering up something. She follows JPSS days off. The week of thanksgiving she closes her daycare for the week but makes sure you sign policies stating you are responsible for tuition even though she is electivity closing. I don't know. This place feels more clinical than anything. Its very cold and not colorful. My child has expressed being hit and bitten. However never ever said from the staff. I have an uneasy feeling about this place. Use your best judgement however i do not and will not recommend this place to anyone.
