Services are weekly on Sundays at 10 AM - 11 AM. Interesting sermons. Choir rehearsal at 9:15, organist warms up pre-service. Warm and welcoming congregation. Large print bulletins for those who read better when the print is larger. Communion every Sunday. All are welcome to partake. Gluten-free options and non-alcoholic grape juice always available. Opportunities to request intercession/intercessory prayer for loved ones either spoken aloud or sent in by writing. Opportunity to make an offering to support everything from local weekly community dinners for unhoused neighbors to global emergencies. Usually coffee hour follows, no childcare but children are welcome in service and there's a play area in the back if they get restless. Wheelchair accessible building.
I've been part of the BFL community for almost 20 years, and love our spirit of "all are welcome" to our faith community. I've seen it in action, from folks of different faith backgrounds, ethnic and socio economic backgrounds, serving the homeless in our community and teen / child care programs, it's a very warm community. Pastor Elise is excellent as is the whole staff, and choir is a lot of fun! Hope you check us out if you're new to the area and want to find your people and be welcomed.

We were therebfor a choir concert. Acoustics were good. Ample neighborhood parking!
