Attitude Respect N' Manners

My son has been going here since April of 2018. After 10 months I can honestly say I wouldn't want him anywhere else. I read the other reviews and was shocked that the daycare was still in business with some of the accusations. I had to use critical thinking and give this business a chance. There is always 2 sides to any story some say 3. The staff is amazing and they are led under the leadership of an amazing director. Mrs. Vanessa is awesome and genuine to say the least. The name says it all! Attitude, Respect and Manners is something that a lot of kids today lack and/or struggle with mine but not my son. I am proud to say that. No child is perfect and it truly takes a village to raise a child. The entire staff here is that village. Thank you! I am grateful for each of you!

I do not recommend this facility. The staff is unorganized and careless. Today was my 3 yr old daughter's first day. When I arrived to pick her up the director was not there. Neither was the teacher that should have been caring for my daughter from early that morning. My daughter's pants and shirt was wet by her private area and SHE HAD NO UNDERWEAR OR PULL UP on at all. She smelled like urine. The teacher then took her in the back to put on a pull up, which I found once I got home wasn't even her pull up. They didnt bother to even look in her bag that I packed for extra clothes and panties. When I asked the 2 women that were left in charge, one had no clue why she was wet and the other stated that maybe she got wet from water in the toilet. So that tells me that the children are not watched correctly, the staff is lazy, or they rushed my daughter out once I arrived with no regard for her private areas.

Attitude Respect N Manners has a nice clean center. My kids really enjoy coming to this location. Teacher's engage with the students, and keep them busy.

I would give no stars if i could. Avoid this place at all cost. The director will lie straight to your face. They drug kids who cry too much I know from personal experience. Not to mention the 6 hrs i was in ER with a 6 month old who was perfectly happy and healthy the morning he was dropped there. But when picked up (earlier than expected might I add) he was sluggish, would/could not sit up straight, looked completely out of it w/ glossy eyes, bright green diarrhea w/ mucus, and vomitting. If you ask me ...his body was trying to rid of whatever they gave him. (Of course she did not admit it) Just be very cautious who you leave your kids with! Director kept saying maybe he got into someone's (a teacher) purse but in the same breath said the teachers purses were not allowed in rooms with the kids. But mind you he was 6 months at the time and not even crawling yet. SHADY!!! That was his first and last day there!

The center is clean, the food is good but the staff needs lot of training on how to handle kids. They yell all the time and watch kids fight. A Teacher asked a big 10 year old girl and her friend to hit back violently a 5 year old boy. They also gossip a lot around kids calling them fat A**. I know they good people but they need to be trained specially the old lady.
