Arms Of Love Academy

As a parent, it is extremely important to me that my children are cared for in a professional, respectful, and communicative environment. Unfortunately, my experience with Arms of Love Daycare/School has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this facility to other parents. The overall professionalism of the staff is lacking. The front desk staff member, in particular, has been consistently rude and unaccommodating, with little effort made to work collaboratively with parents regarding their children’s needs. Communication throughout the day is minimal to nonexistent, which is especially concerning when caring for young children. I currently have both a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old enrolled. Naturally, my 1-year-old requires more hands-on attention. My child has been sent home multiple times due to diaper-related issues, which is unacceptable. At this age, she is teething, and bowel changes are common. She is not developmentally capable of using the restroom independently or changing herself, and this should be clearly understood by childcare professionals. Additionally, there has been a lack of transparency and communication regarding illnesses among other children. Parents should be promptly notified when sickness is present to ensure the safety and well-being of all children. I have never felt the need to raise concerns about my child’s care until experiencing the lack of communication, understanding, and professionalism at this facility. Childcare providers should be dedicated, properly trained, and respectful when working with both children and parents. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here.

Do not recommend!! Both my kids was going here, one full time one after school. My oldest made many complaints about the workers here about why he did not like going here. Finally I said something to the owner after he said they pop the kids an be snatching them up. Had them run the camera for that day. But my son will tell me something days,weeks later an say it was that day. So of course nothing showed. But I know my son ain't gonna say someone doing something just because. So of course I believed him while they tried to convince other wise but also stated if they do pop kids it's kids they are related to. Which doesn't make it better because that is a place of BUSINESS. On top of all that my kids stayed sick every week while going here. Removed my kids from there now they attend another daycare an my son has not complained about the staffs and I randomly ask how he likes it just to be sure and they haven't been sick not once!! WHICH TELLS ME ARMS OF LOVE DO NOT SANITIZE THAT PLACE!!

If I could give this daycare a 0 I would. Currently they are located beside the Chicken King off the bypass in Chester. The staff is very unprofessional and lie to cover their own backs. I removed my daughter from this daycare about 3 weeks ago because she came home with bruises and after footage was shown they had her in a restraint chair with no supervision. My daughter is autistic and non verbal. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone!

Piss poor place daughter came home with bruises all over chest and back got police involved and turns out theybwere putting her n a restraint chair an pushing her out camera view. My daughter s autistic btw non verbal Wouldnt recommend sending anyone's kids their... Katrina morris is the owner . Terrible character liar all around bad business
