My daughter has been going to Childtime since she was 8 months and they've treated her like their own. As first time parents, we were nervous about her being with anyone that wasn't family, but over the last year, the staff has become a family. My child comes home singing songs, pointing out new words, and loving a good story time. They do a great job at keeping us updated on her activities, food, potty time, and naps. Improvements have been made and they are truly an amazing team of teachers for the little ones. Thank you Childtime for providing my daughter with a caring, nurturing and exciting environment where she can socialize and enjoy her day with her friends while we are at work.

The reviews go to show that leadership can really make or break you. From the time we got on the waiting list to now, there has been 5 different directors which feels like quite a lot of turnover. That lack of consistency has certainly caused some frustration and hiccups. The new director, Tracie, really seems invested in correcting the problems caused by her predecessor (good riddance, Patricia!). What has always been consistent is me feeling like my son is being well cared for. The single care concern I had was addressed quickly by the assistant director, Ms. Coletta, who has been present and involved since we started care. Even with the turnover of directors, I always felt that we could go to her with any questions or concerns and they would be resolved in a satisfactory manner. My son started in May 2023 at just 12 weeks old. From day 1, I was made to feel like he was in safe and loving hands. His infant room teachers celebrated his milestones with as much excitement as we did. His time in the toddler room really helped him make that smooth transition from baby to big boy. And now in the Early Preschool room (2's), his curiosity and desire to learn new things is regularly being satisfied through activities and experiments. While there has definitely been some turnover with teachers, which is expected in a demanding and poorly valued profession, there have been consistent faces amongst the staff that my son knows and loves. I truly feel that my son holds a special place in the hearts of these educators who have been a part of watching him grow. Ms. Lynette, Ms. Toni, Ms. Julie, Ms. Guliana, Ms. Meeks, Ms. Bre'Asia, Ms. Rolanda, and Ms. Coletta are a part of our village and I'm very thankful for these wonderful ladies who have helped and are helping my son to be the incredible little boy that he is.

I can’t say enough great things about this daycare! From the very beginning, Julie, Shacole, Guli, Coletta, Bri, Lanette, and Toni have all been absolutely wonderful to work with. They truly care for the children as if they were their own, and that kind of love and attention shows every day. My children have felt safe, happy, and supported in their growth while attending here. The staff are patient, kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on my family and highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing and trustworthy place for their little ones. Despite the challenges under the previous director, this daycare has made a successful turnaround and now has a very positive environment.
