Ark Preschool

My reviews may get repetitive, but I will post on every site I can find about how truly amazing this school is. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. The Ark is more than I could have ever hoped for in a preschool for our children. The entire staff is beyond phenomenal. As a very overprotective parent, I take great comfort in knowing that my kids are in such competent, caring hands. This school is much more than a school. THe staff are truly genuine, salt of the earth people who take a real interest in the kids. I truly believe we have the best staff ever. The flexibility in scheduling is something that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The summer camps are something my kids can enjoy around our own summer schedule and I can have peace of mind knowing they’re in a safe and loving environment. Plus, they learn so incredibly much!! My daughter started kindergarten this year after being at The Ark and she is breezing through it. My son just started coming to school in August and the difference I’ve seen already is phenomenal. He’s learned so much in such a short time. I had to add him another day because he cries to go to school. That, in itself, speaks volumes. I could go on and on. My only complaint is that they can't stay in this school forever!

As a first time parent researching the type of daycare or schooling you want to send your child to is tough. The ARK Preschool was a very easy choice after walking in viewing the school. All the children are very happy, the staff is welcoming and friendly and the curriculum is outstanding. My son LOVES going here and I couldn't be happier with my decision to take him to this little gem of a preschool. He can sing and count to 10 in both English and Spanish, he runs and hugs his teachers daily because he's excited to see them and they are excited and love him back. He tells me about all his adventures from playing outside, riding bicycles, to playing the guitar and listening to songs & stories. My son is only 2.5yrs old and has learned a lot from this school and I am forever grateful that they provide him with a loving, peaceful environment that he can be nourished and strengthening to grow and learn every day. They have several options as far as scheduling goes which is great for a working parent from early drop off to extended after hours, to even selecting which days of the week you'd like to attend. They offer summer camps for children as young as 4months up to 7 years old. This is something unheard of most preschools don't offer camps for children under 3 so it was a wonderful surprise when we saw that they offered that!

I love this school for it's balance between preschool love and fun and school academics. The teachers are all long term employees and truly love their jobs and you can see it through their interactions with their students. The school offers many opportunities for the families to be involved in the school and your childs day. I love the bright colorful hallway and classrooms. There is a huge grass play area outback as well as a large covered playground for the kids to play safely and out of the sun. The Ark offered tons of flexibility in scheduling and they don't restrict you to either MWF or TTH class schedules. This school knows how important family is and really works to make sure everyone is thought about. The Ark also offers many summer camp programs for kids ranging up to 7 (I think) and the themes are really clever and fun. If you're looking for a place for your child to flourish and a school that will not only impart knowledge, sociability, and moral value as well as be flexible enough to accommodate your familys needs than look no further. Take a look at this school!!!!

Both my kids have went here for the past few years now. We absolutely love it! The staff is so great and they have a nice outdoor area for the kids. They truly care about their students. Highly recommended.
