Appletree II was very responsive—almost pushy—when it came to collecting payment, but when an unforeseen issue forced us to request a refund they went silent. I sent five follow-up emails over several months and never received even a courtesy reply. The lack of communication and apparent focus on revenue over families’ needs leaves me unwilling to trust this practice with my children again.

They have a good shortcut to my school
